Mr. Shi has over 25 years experience in civil engineering. He specializes in land development, roads, railway, and storm water management. He is experienced in a wide variety of projects including but not limited to: covers industrial/commercial/residential projects for site grading and servicing design, infrastructure projects of highways, municipal roads, railways and LRT.
